The 8 1-bedroom units of around 800 sq ft have 1 bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet, laundry, and a tilt-away double bed in the lounge. In each unit there is a full supply of linen, crockery, and cooking equipment, as well as a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, 2 TVs, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system. The furnishings are luxurious and feature a lounge suite and a full dining table. There is parking on-site for one car per unit.
